i’ve played .mkv files before…

Apparently you don’t got CCCP and play .mkv in VLC is FAIL.

Oh btw, you’re the only one who don’t see subs, that means it’s nothing wrong with the video.

Too bad it has rainbow flicker at the top of the screen, I think that’s the reason why they’re not going to release .mp4 before v2.

Yep, there’s the flicker, but the episode is still very watchable :) They just have to trim the upper part a little. I think v2 is not coming too late for this one…

The flicker does distract you in the beginning but you get used to it. It did annoy the crap outta me for a good 5 minutes, especially in full screen.

To play and/or encode any movie file, just get CCCP:
http://cccp-project.net
But make sure to remove all other codecs and codec packs that you have installed before installing CCCP, so as to avoid any possible codec conflicts on your computer.
I have tested and tried many codec packs before finally settling on this one. It is really the best, has been very thoroughly tested, is bug-free and comes with Media Player Classic, which plays all your files; mkv, avi, divx, xvid, rm, rmvb, mov, etc. It is also very light-weight on memory and CPU consumption.

@KingOfDaSouth yeah, Osu!’s release is not very pretty in full screen mode. i was going to archive it to the collection, but then i guess i’m giving another download to AniStash’s (hopefully better) version ;)

I doubt that, Osu! just picked it up again ^__^. I heard they started working on ep 5 day ago, but they are quality after all.

OK, this is just to confirm to all (general feedback to any still wondering minds) – that the Osu! version is better, in that, it has better subs
Maybe admins should remove the Anistash version? It might be misleading to those who might not scroll all the way down here to read this message :) Just my 2p.
