Osu! subs probably won’t be releasing avi. They’re releasing only mkv and mp4 HD versions…(http://www.osu-subs.net/2008/09/zero-no-tsukaima-princess-no-rondo-episode-10-released).
Guess you’ll have to wait until some other group subs and encodes it!
