Chihiro will keep subbing, nothing broke. It’s just that their torrents for archiving which aren’t worth archiving have been deleted. Nothing lost really. Good for them :P

Gee… does that mean i’ll miss my dose of Sekirei this week? :(
As far as i know, Chihiro has been the only one subbing some series. I guess it might take some time for other groups to pick up what they would leave, that is, if Chihiro should decide to stop subbing…??
Anyways, i understand (somewhat a little bit) that the problem at Chihiro, is a somewhat big thing for animetake.. though i don’t fully understand what happened over at Chihiro, but i know animetake holds no blame in this, since you guys have simply been spreading their subbed releases on DDL.
If Chihiro is on the path to self-destruct, i do really hope that a better sub group steps up to keep subbing the ongoing weekly episodes.

No actually I deleted most of their releases off the server because better fansub groups released theirs. Chihiro = not worth keeping when server was full

Okay, so it looks like Chihiro’s torrents got deleted:

This morning I woke up, and it seemed like almost every single episode we’ve done was taken off anirena. I contacted Power2All about the situation and asked him what the heck was going on. He checked the logs, and as it turned out, it was Jaka’s fault. Jaka created the anirena account, so he has had root access to all of our torrents. And yesterday, I’m assuming because he was angry about us releasing the tosho flood, he decided it would be a good idea to delete every single torrent that we had ever submitted to anirena.

So their torrents might be down for a while…let’s just hope that animetake can be able to help them since we should have most (if not all) of their releases.
