h264 = best quality.. i prefer 200mb+ files :P

is this anime any good? if so whats it about?

Whats the best quality? The mp4 or the mkv? If the difference isn’t that much I might download the mp4 instead since it’s <100MB.

No, MKV and MP4 are containers, it’s like a ziploc and glad plastic sandwich box. They both hold the same things and do the same things but there are personal preferences as to which you would download. For those with ipod video or PS3, MP4 files (if properly made MP4s that is) would be more preferred since they can be played directly. Otherwise, the MKV container is essentially the same thing however it has been scrutinized for not compressing hence the slightly larger file size. Personally, MKV > MP4 > AVI.
