The subs on this aren’t ridden with grammatical horrors or interrupted by commercials like last week’s Index.
December 19th, 2008 at 11:53 am
How is the quality? It’s a file of only 83 MB.
December 19th, 2008 at 11:59 am
i dubt about the quality =S but i ill dll anyway
December 19th, 2008 at 12:39 pm
yeah index 11 was bad, but the sukisubs release before that was fine. maybe since they had a bad raw they figured they would just shoot it out first?
December 19th, 2008 at 12:45 pm

Hrm, Don’t click on Swiftswitch link. Thats some pretty underhanded crap you got there going just for some money. Maybe if you didnt used such tactics you’ll get more people going to your site.
December 19th, 2008 at 2:54 pm
can anyone upload this to rapidshare?
December 19th, 2008 at 3:13 pm
CoalGuy version came out
December 19th, 2008 at 3:27 pm
In reference to Switchshift’s link, that’s pretty much half the reason I use NoScript. Lulzzz… You should find a more foolproof way, Switchshift. Maybe SOMEBODY might go through the advertising hoops. I’m tempted to repost the XDCC guide.

On coalguys site it says to ignore the mkv!! Now should I take it or leave it. =S
December 19th, 2008 at 3:35 pm
Ut only says to ignore the first one. They released a second one.
December 19th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
On coalguys site, they says to take the CF499F8B version not the 9A9007F7 one. Hope that there is nothing wrong with this new version
December 19th, 2008 at 3:39 pm
I can see that, they changed it a few seconds ago… lol
December 19th, 2008 at 4:14 pm

anyone know were i can get avi format for all the episodes so i can download them and convert them to psp format
December 26th, 2008 at 3:47 pm
; __ ; poor Taiga… *Hopes for happiness in 13*
December 26th, 2008 at 4:22 pm
@ Berzerker 665
You should just convert the stuff to .avi format yourself. Especially if the best fansubbing group for the anime you like only releases their files in .mkv format.
You can find out how to do that by lookin’ at Booyadude’s instructions on the Toradora episode 11 post. Or look at my post on the To Aru Majutsu no Index episode 12 post.

Not to be too harsh Verlaine, but surely you know by now that the way you do it is definitely not efficient, nor very quality retensive.
The FAQ is coming along nicely, but I’m not sure if I want to fill it up with guides, or if I should make a separate page for them.
Wow, looking at it now, I seem to have compressed the previous FAQ into 3 questions.
December 26th, 2008 at 4:49 pm
@ Booyadude
I don’t know about that… I actually took a snapshot from the same part of one of my original files and the outputted .avi file that I converted and compared them to each other myself. I can’t really tell the difference between the two.
Are you sure that you had the Quantizer feature of the ALLtoAVI program set correctly?
Oh well, I guess I won’t be able to resolve our differences until I give your method a try.
December 26th, 2008 at 4:54 pm
Yes, Quantinizer does not make it lossless. Of course, neither does my method, but mine at least uses H.264, which compresses much better than xvid, retaining the same amount of quality in a smaller file. H.264 has quantinizer, as well as lossless options. The lossless option cannot be decoded by a 360 though, but the quantinzer is BETTER.
Also, yes, I have used AllToAvi’s quantinizer, but it’s just silly to make a file that big, and convert it more, when you can do the same thing with the same quality(or better) in one go using megui and H.264.
