@ZetaZeta, the studios and broadcasting companies know that anime is so widespread thanks to fansubs. And because not everyone has the moolah to afford “good” rigs, standard def exists.
Or that was what I just thought up.

Hmmm this anime is so confusing… I mean every episodes something diferent happenes! Nothing makes sence tbh… Its called index but basicly nothing is happening around her and the story doesnt even folow the plot from the begining for the series…
