last time i checked i found out there were going to be 24 episodes instead of 12 that was originally announced but i cant know for sure until i watch this episode

i remember it being a 24 episode series as well when i last checked ANN O_o

yup another rushed anime, so that makes it 3 so far this season? kampfer,that cat anime, and blacksmith..

whats up with these anime companies..

well after seeing the ep it seems it really can’t end the way te episode ended. Nothing has been resolved really, also, this anime doesn’t have previews so we can hope for an episode 13 that will come next week and take away our fears :P Otherwise, yep this was the stupidest non-conclusive end ive ever seen lol, that too from an anime that had quite a bit of potential….

@kewldude- I’d like to introduce you to Kaze no Stigma if you think this was an anticlimactic ending from a show with a lot of potential.

From guessing this is only the Season 1 of the Anime.. Since some of the websites are saying this is 24 episode in Total. So they might be a Season 2.

Epic failure. Oh well considering how they wasted an entire season on stupid Cecily, I don’t want to see another season.

@fanofde4ever dont worry Ive seen it, but I feel that it atleast somewhat made a conclusion, also it wouldve had a second season ad the write of the novels not gotten totally sick :( In this though, the source material is there so i wonder what the problem is?

How many animes have left things hanging like this? This might be another one where the anime was just a tease to get people to buy the novels or manga, but then you never know, they left everything hanging so there might be another season or OVAs.

just like zero no tsukaima, season 3 ended w/o a definite conclusion on the story, i didnt even here any news about it. i hope this one doesnt follow that.

Well actually I think that Anime could have become quite interesting starting with this or the last episode.
Letting it end now is just totally strange. After all, the real story is just starting and Siegfried escaped too.

damn, this was probably my favorite show this fall season besides Darker than Black. One can only hope for another season

second season? it’s all a matter of when. Kampfer had the worst anticlimatic ending of all the fall 2009 animes which aired. This was the season I got back in to anime and so far it’s been beyond disappointing besides Aoi Bungaku.

if next sunday or monday there is no episode of the sacred blacksmith uploaded here and wiki says that the anime is finished with 12 episodes….then this and Amatsuki r the animes with the worst possible endings EVER o.o

Soo… who was the blonde chick that’s been showing these past few episodes? Was it the real Lisa? And what was that amulet that fell off whoever during the chick fight.

i think this was only to get people to but the DVD and manga…The manga use 4 chapters only for the first 5 eps of this anime. And could be a plot by company to make you buy the dvd if you want to cont watching it.
