Mazui did a pretty good job on this. I only found 2 omitted words and a couple mistakes in subject/verb agreement.

one thing there was a post with 7 eps of haruhi on the forums saying it those were real eps on this series, so were they fake and thi ones are the real thing or were those real ? i dont get it

@davmazin….the series is reairing in chronological order. The new episodes that you see posted here are ones that weren’t aired during the original series.
The posts in the forums will catch you up to the new eps that are airing now.

Hey, was it only me but mazui’s release lagged at the beginning and ending of the episode. I’ve always had problems with mkv’s but i played mazui’s last release just fine.

Jajaja I almost omitted this episode, but I started to note the differences, at first I thought it was just me, but I continued and saw that this was a brand new episode, thanks for the episode.

it seen’s like i wasn’t the only one that have problems reproducing this, I played it on VLC and it played it correctly but whit a little problem in the VLC’s jump function

Is it just me or do eps 12 and 13 seem the same?

episode 12 and 13 aren’t the same, episode 13 is about Haruhi doing her thing again, she doesn’t want the summer to end so she keeps repeating it over and over again for 549 years..

my question: was this the last episode? I saw on anime news network that it has only 3 episodes

minus the 14 from season 1 still means there are 14 new eps.

It was somehow an interesting episode. However, I knew before the intro that they are probably stuck in a time loop which is always repeating those last holiday days.
And I hadn’t read that novel yet :)

However, I was surprised how often they had already repeated it.

There are 14 total new episodes and we’ve had 3 of them so far. Next week this story arc should end, unless they want to make Endless Eight, truly endless…

I figure the next story arc will pick up after Endless Eight and last 3ish episodes as well. Then we’ll have some of the old episodes again before we get probably my favorite story arc from the novels.

However, at least the title of episode 13 is not correct as it is also called “Endless Eight” like episode 12 (at least according to Mazui’s fansub. Though I was surprised that it wasn’t at least called Endless Eight part 2.

It seems to me that between 12 and 13 only a few scenes were added….

Yeah I was right.. it’s just ep 12, with scenes shortened, and new stuff added towards the middle.

If you watched both episodes you’d be able to see that there were no scenes that were the same at all between the two. All the situations were similar but done differently.
