Something is wrong in this anime, it has to do with the mini-chitanda and the weird gay looking bird, the animation is fantastic but the story is like so slow and going nowhere for a 12 episode anime.

Must every anime have a series-spanning story-line? I treat this as a sitcom, or an escape of sorts from other animes.
