The guy who directed Code Geass, plus Kenji Kawai who did the music to the Ghost in the Shell films & Eden of The East and Production I.G animated this – there’s no way this can’t be good.

Seen previews of this on tv. Weird art animation style, but have been looking forward to this. “書家” or “writer” I think is the translation. Looks fun.

The art style is similar to Kemonozume whilst plot is somewhat akin to Ayakashi Ayashi.
Overall it’s not bad (it takes a while to get used to the “different” animation style), but the plot very rushed which is to be expected given it’s only 24 minutes long.
This would’ve been better as a 12 episode series or even just a few episodes longer.

1) It’s crap.
2) It’s just 24 mins/185mb
3) It feels like a whole movie rushed into a regular episode’s length
4) The art sucks bad. That “irregular” line-thingie sucks.
5) Voice acting sucks.
6) Animation at about 4FPS.. :
7) The final scenes are even worse, in every aspect..

takes a while too get used to the animation, a bit rushed but funny to watch
