The shiki are for the most part vampires, however there are some “special” ones (i.e. Tatsumi & Natsuno) who can survive in the daylight at eat normal food – Sunako named them werewolves.

Yes, posting links on the forums is fine, but read the rules first.

well apparently you can add other dl links if you have posted more than 100 post in the forum

What about addint the direct link from the actual fansubber? For instance, Umee usually puts up a fileserve link right away, and since they sub the episode, it’s obviously up on fileserve before AT can get a link on FS up? So for the sake of the people here, I just wanted to post that link, but judging by my post getting deleted, that’s not okay? I would understand if it’s my own link, but it’s a link from a trusted source…i.e. –> The fansubber themselves.

The point is not that it´s not a reliable source. It’s the fact that the one who uploaded the file and took his/her time to do it, had the intention of doing it for his webpage. We can take the credit or the benefits of othyer people’s work unless the one who did it say it’s ok bye posting it here him/herself.

Ah you see my point isn’t about taking the credit of someone else’s work. My point is the goal of this website, to share with people anime as quickly as possible. And if Umee, the fansubbers of the actual episode put up a link already for DDL, I would think (of course I don’t have the power to do so) that it would be nice to share with everyone for the time being. I wouldn’t mind the uploader on this page to remove the link AFTER he posted his own up because obviously it’s going to take him longer since he has to wait for the servers to get the episode and upload them first before putting it here.

Plus, the reason why I say it’s not about me taking credit because it’s not like I get anything out of providing a link here anyway. It’s not like I get any points for people downloading from that link. It’s just me showing gratitude to the website by trying to share with fellow anime-lovers the ability to download the episode.

miroku2192 are you part of umee’s staff because if not then why are you posting there links here.

1st. umee may not want there link posted on here. there are poeple that literally go down the front page and report every link they see. while there home page may stay completely safe.

2nd. you can show as much gratitude as you want if you have posted a 100 post in the forum by submitting a mirror.

3rd. even though i don’t really care if poeple post links in the comments its the rules and I completely understand why there in place like they are.

Thanks for the explanation Koga, that’s fine by me. Though I’m not sure what the 100 posts thing is about. Can you direct me as to where the official rules are? the point you brought up about Fansubber X not wanting their link here is a good point that I completely missed. Was unaware of fags that report links here.
