IS this anime really just a ONA or is this 360p just becaus the fansubbers can’t do 720p?

This is an ONA series so it doesn’t air on TV meaning no HD/720p. These are 360p stream rips. Just like Ebiten, After this has finished airing, blu-rays should come out for it.
