This show is like Bakemonogatari with a girl protagonist, and it’s awesome! Definitively gonna be the best this season if it keeps it up!

like bakemonogatari?, you should see a doctor

It’s very dialogue driven and uses the funny over animated pics at points so I think bakemonogatari is a reasonable comparision.
I see the characters being closest to “Humanity has Declined”, and the overall plot really does scream Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (godlike figure with issues accidentally causes problems and team of misfits clean them up).

This is an interesting show. The main characters have very unique personalities and are each likeable. I hope this ends up being an interesting watch.

I can see Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls in the animation style but Bake and Haruhi? I just don’t see it yet.

@digritz, it’s namely in the style of the show and overall plot. And I see a ton of FLCL out there too.

@Thatgun,
After watching the second ep. I still don’t see Bake or Haruhi. Yes maybe some of the randomness of FLCL. But it most certainly does not contain any of the rigid structure I associate with Bakemonogatari nor the smooth flow of sequences from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

@digritz, neither do I, but that’s not the qualities I’m associating with it. I’m saying the both Bake and this one are very dialogue driven, but in the same breath so is everything Quentin Tarantino has ever done. Also the girls’ personalities (with the exception of the main) seem like something out of Bake.
The plot of “a godlike figure is accidentally causing trouble, call in the misfits to fix it!” is essentially both Haruhi and this show in a nutshell.
But the biggest thing for me is the way the dialogue flows and the MC just reminds me so much of “Humanity has Declined” it’s insane.

To anyone one that still watches TV this anime kind of reminds me of Regular Show on cartoon network but far more entertaining
