Ep 0 is episode 0 not episode 13 and shows in the ep itself as “#0″. This is episode 14. There is also an episode 13 out there that has already been subbed by a spanish group. When you actually watch the episode it says “#13.” Just like this one says “#14.” It confuses people because they said there were only going to be 2 OVAs but there is actually 3 total: 0, 13, and 14.

Ep 0 is AN OVA ARE DUMB. READ THIS: the first OVA is a prequel story written by the manga’s author. Before the beginning of the main story, Rea and Chihiro have already met at a certain place—an outdoor hot-spring bath. = EP 0 =OVA 1 = BASUILY EP 13.

I SAW EP 0 AND THAT HOW THEY MET IN A OPEN BATH. EP 0 IS NOT PART OF THE STORY SO IT IS AN OVA.

As explained on Hiryuu site, for episode 13 it was released with the final BD but, there is no BDMV yet so they can’t do it. ep.00 is OVA1 and epi.14 is OVA2. Episode 13 is an actual episode, just need to wait.
