I suggest a ban on avi/xvid. The internet needs some kind of filter that stops people from uploading them. Like a sophisticated analytic engine that works from a central quantum computer that routes all traffic worldwide and can even analyze encrypted, compressed files, all in real time while blocking packets containing avi/xvid files.

Not all internet filtering is bad.
