I dl’ed SFW of Queen’s Blade S2 E7 from mininova n it was tracted n i got this infringement notice. So im wondering if this torrent is being tracted…

damn, that sounds scary. did you get an infringement notice in your email in inbox, or a a physical letter in your mailbox?

Just do what I do with any ToS/Infringement/DMCA notices: delete it, or burn it, while yelling “WHAT IS THIS I DONT EVEN ????” over the phone to a random person you selected from the phone book.

At least it leaves that “I plead insanity” option more open.. not that I need more evidence. I mean, I’m downloading queen’s blade.

Have you been uploading the same ep? Sorry to say, but anyone subject to infringement notices should NOT upload. The last thing anyone would want is you getting fined/jailed for something so silly such as downloading a sanctioned anime series. Too bad you subscribe to an internet service crusader :(

Seriously. Going to jail? What court, anywhere in the world, would imprison someone for watching Queen’s Blade? I can understand a sanitarium, but not a jail.

As far as fines go – if you DO get fined.. send the bill to the animation studio, include pain-and-suffering tax for them exploiting your masochistic tendencies.

This anime is pretty bad, but all the boobs…can’t stop watching =/

I also received a copyright infringement notice for downloading Queens Blade 2 episode 7. Media Factory contacted my ISP (Charter) and Charter sent me an e-mail asking me to basically stop downloading copyrighted material. I guess as long as I don’t download Queens Blade anymore I should be OK.
