You tried re-syncing hardsubs? A waist of time indeed. The only way to get things synced up again on the KSH release would be to insert a number of blank frames into the video and re-encode it. That, or OCR the subs and stick them onto whatever raw they meant to encode with.

I tryed downloading the cccp and it did not work with .mkv files …. the subtitles don’t appear and sometimes there’s lag or nothing is on time…. and the link to the converter does not work .. i need help lol

SeI-TaMa: Okay, make sure you uninstall any codec packs like k-lite/CCCP or converters like SUPER you may have installed, then click this. Then install that and when it comes to the settings part, change the h.264 decoder to “MT.” Then click next and make sure “Autoload VSFilter” is ticked. Subtitles should load and the MT decoder should be fast enough on your system. Hopefully. If it doesn’t work, you’ll have to use the converter. Strange that you can’t get to the forums though, since that’s where that link goes. Try this.

K-Lite work with my out-of-the box. So i dont know why you dont recommend K-Lite. I never got it to work with CCCP.

Relief: The only reason CCCP wouldn’t work “out-of-the-box” is if you fucked up your computer. Kind of like SeI-TaMa. K-Lite is a collection of disorganized needless shit. We recommend CCCP because it causes less problems for less people, which also means they complain less.

They just suggest what they want and you use what you want. Its mainly for the retards that can’t figure things out themselves. I mean they say VLC player is the worst option, yet I am the most satisfied with it and have the least problems.

VLC is a great player aside from the incompatibility, bugs, and low quality rendering. K-Lite is a great codec pack aside from the bloat, poor registry management, and low quality decoding.

By the way, I added KSH’s v2.
