When that happens to me, I just stop downloading until there is good seeding, so I can download around 250-400KB/s, and if I am lucky it would be over 500KB/s. :)

Yup that is my torrent speed, and my average download speed in torrent is around 200-300KB/s, but if too many peers is leaching on me it will drop to 60-70KB/s. When there is no one but seeding then it is paradise for me downloading around 600-700KB/s. :)

Mostly when ddl, my average will twice as high as my average in torrent, so we talking about 400-500KB/s, and that is why I like ddl a lot since it finish my download under 20 minutes. Sometimes I finish ddl under 10 minutes. :)

The sad part about download speed is that I should be downloading around 6MB/s, but I only get a fraction of it. :(

It is just some fool that reports these links to get Scooby snacks from Big Bob. lol

because rapidshare is stupid and have a 300meg limit so you have to dl 2 parts

i using Internet Download Manager with Megaupload and Rapidshare. if there isnt traffic I can get over 6MB/s on cable 100Mbps. But once the file in megaupload get removed I have nowhere to download the video as Torrent hates me.

Yggy: I wouldn’t, seeing as 99% of the users, much like 99% of the animu community, have no fucking clue what they are talking about. More than 99% of the people voting don’t speak Japanese, and thus, are unfit to judge releases. Most votes are based on how cool the karaoke effects are, or whether or not the group includes “-chan” and such honorifics in the subs.

Well that might be true for the most part but even if you speak very absic Japanese (as in saying HOw are you, welcome home, etc etc. (the basics)) You sometimes just notice that they changed some stuff to make it look better and shit instead of making it look like the original text. Personally I hate that but who cares, I’m not complaining cuz I’m not subbing these things ^^

i’m using u torrent too (recently as zomgupload has been boycott?) and my speed is only 20kb, (when to check…) oh it drop again, now is 15kb. is it u torrent, or it’s my internet connection to be blame?

giving up…going to sleep, waiting 4 this dl to finish..is the same as taking my brain out..

It is both torrent and your internet connection. It depends how many are seeding and peers at once which can effect download speed;however, you internet connection can vary sometimes and you supposed to know your top speed, for that is most likely highest you can go unless you upgrade your internet connection.

speaking of dl speed…
the max i can get around 1.5mb/s on multiple downloads…or 650kb/s on a single download…
but the slowest(usually at noon)is 60kb/s..a BIG gap..

no fair….give me some of it~~~ and wat is it mean by swarm? it has got to do with seed?

Also slow speeds can be due to your router not being properly setup to forward ports used by utorrent. There’s lots of info on utorrent’s website about how to setup port forwarding in your router.
