it’s not a suprise, they cut animation budgets for this show long ago…notice when they’re jumping on trees or running, u no longer see their entire body like u used to in the first series, you just see their top half going up and down

It’s stupid anyway though. At least use some more money for major events like these.

This show is so damn popular, it should be quality animations instead of cheap shit we can find anywhere.

Volture, nice trolling. It made me enjoy the episode even more since I actually believed in you. Thank you, I was pleasantly surprised.

I thought the animation was great. Really, the animation for Shippuuden has been MUCH more worse. And you really can’t expect every episode to be epic-looking, although I would say we’ve been really lucky since canon started again.

And the next episode looks great as well. The new piece of music which was used in this episode was good as well. The one when Sasuke begins to run and Itachi just looks.

I’m really looking forward to when Shippuuden OST2 is coming out. I’ve thought about buying it, but my money is getting seriously small so I’ll probably just get Nipponsei’s release and get it later.

I would believe they get some cash for making the most popular anime :D

I know that the animation has been much more worse than this, that’s why I said that for such major events/battles like these they should just do it better. You’ll probably go like ‘blabla, they do their best on the other episodes too’, but there’s no way in hell that they spend their max budget on each episode. I’m sure they save some up.

Naruto is totally dominating the market you stupid fucks. It’s the next big thing after DBZ, regardless of how much One Piece fans hate that fact. It is also making money from American and other licensing.

And yet when you compare the animation quality to closest competitors Bleach and One Piece, it absolutely blows. There’s just no excuse. If anyone in the anime industry is making money, it’s Naruto.

The Jiraya vs Pain fight totally sucked ass. It should’ve been animated just like the segments from the opening.
Sasuke vs Itachi isn’t as bad so far, but it’s not amazing either. They better fucking raise it a few (hundred) levels for the Naruto vs Pain fight.

Well they can make billions on Naruto and still keep the animation quality shit. Why? Because they can, and you can do nothing about it. So quit bitching around and enjoy the show, or just go watch something else.

Okay we “can’t” complain about shit quality because WE are the people THAT TAKE AWAY FROM THEIR BUSINESS (in a way…). If everyone bought the DVDs, they’d have a lot more revenue and a lot more money to work with.

Then again, I also wonder how much fansubs “help” get the anime more popular…but i’m still thinking that fansubs hurt anime more than it helps after a “certain” point.

Meaning, maybe at the beginning of time when anime still wasn’t that popular fansubs could help spread anime…but now that most people already know of anime/can appreciate for what it really is without “hiding” the fact…i think fansubs are just taking away from their source of revenue.

Anyway…people just need to stop complaining. Be glad with what you have and stfu.

i agreeeeeeee,,its not that bad but i think they should go a little easy on Jitsu this Jitsu that,,and go deeper into hand 2 hand combat..like sasuke and naruto showdown -the hospital fight and the ending etc,,right now my best clash would be sakura,the old lady and sasori..

way to go itachi…..
