“Mugen no Juunin” means “Blade of the Immortal” in Japanese.

‘Mugen no Juunin’, translates as Infinity’s Inhabitant or Infinite Resident. Blade of the Immortal would be more like fumetsujin no ken.

The Japanese title of this show is however “Mugen no Juunin”, and the English one apparently “Blade of the Immortal”, so yeh say what you want, lol.

Hehehe, yep I think if the name was translated literally, it would sound like a sci-fi show. Blade of the Immortal is fine as the English name.
