It’s not really girly, or ecchi, it’s just extremely boring. In episode 2, they spend 6 minutes(1/4 of the episode) cleaning up a classroom very slowly and talking about how they are cleaning it up.

after a while you’ll learn that Gar animes arent everything, so are ecchi ones, but fun are they.

personally i dont find them boring, but they are a love hate sort of thing. Quite slow paced, and its dialog and interaction between characters that make it entertaining. Its not for everyone, but i love it.
