Yeah I think this is a really good series so far, anything by Manglobe has been good IMO, Samurai Champloo for example.

So what is this about?

Taking place in a fictional country based in Brazil, the title’s Michiko is a free-willed “sexy diva” who escapes from a supposedly inescapable prison fortress, while Hatchin is a girl fleeing her strict foster parents. The two join forces on an improbable escape to freedom.

If you saw the first one then you know that, like most of Manglobe’s shows, this breaks the mold of your usual “Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka” craplot. (Come on torrent, go faster than my internet connection!)

Well it’s not like anyone’s coming back here but since I looked around for for practically a dozen hours for an easy reliable alternative to the crappy subtitles that front-ends like SUPER put out. (I’m guessing that’s what Outofmind used, but it could be any of them) I couldn’t find any. I don’t even know the hard way that sub-groups do to hard-sub their stuff. In any case, the best I could find, that wasn’t either command line, or took far too long was AlltoAVI – http://alltoavi.sourceforge.net/ .Well here you go, avifags – tinyurl.com/69yy5d – Note: The torrent is usually faster, since most other people choose to use their direct download servers. Never tried podmailing. I really would like a good tutorial on encoding, but the problem is finding a “good” one. I’ve always used windows95+, so I’m not cool and I don’t know crap about command line or DOS, let alone programming like java or perl or c/++ or basic or visual basic or… holy crap there’s a lot of programming languages. Oh well.

Because soft-subs/mkv/h.264 is superior in every conceivable way except the whole hardware requirements. The only reason a vid would be more stable would be because of your computer or the vid, but not the format.

The torrent’s dead. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but still, that sucks. I really missed the boat.
