I downloaded this a while ago and found that it played poorly on my computer but the previous released episode was a-ok.
I know it may be a worse quality but is there any chance of any more releases like that first one?

its avi format so it shouldnt be too hard to perform for the computer. its kina like hd avi. as for the the first ep, iono who subbed it or whatnot so im not sure, veritas might.

Nah, this release is a higher resolution then the previous one and, trust me, the difference is noticeable.
