I didn’t like the ending though, something was clearly missing, imo.

Just finished it. Yeah. It’s an ending I expected from this series. It wasn’t something they needed to put much in if they were to follow the other episodes. I actually felt moved in a few scenes but like you said, it was missing something. They could have developed it a bit more with shinkurou’s relationships. Too bad they were limited to 12 episodes though. If it was 26 episodes I’m sure they could have made this series so much more thoroughly enjoyable. I’m starting to like the slice-of-life style anime. I might start looking for more like it. But Kure-nai was a great series nonetheless.

i don’t care about when the anime will end as long the ending is not sad… haha
