I suspect the people who do whatever subs are college student. Its finals week this week. Last time around midterms, they delayed the episode as well.

Engrish refers to non-standard variations of English often found in East Asian countries. Spelling may also be non-standard. Usage of the term ranges from the humorous to the pejorative.
