It’s not based on Missing Mail, but Chrome Shelled Regios
Missing mail is the spin-off of Chrome Shelled Regios, like how To Aru Kagaku no Choudenjibou is the spin-off of To Aru Majutsu no Index.

Well..didnt have time to watch it untill today.

I always take whoever comes out with an HD version first. I don’t mind a few grammatical errors since I usually watch more than I read.
