Last one released. There’s two more left in the series but it’ll be a while before they come to DVD.

In what order should people exactly watch these movies, (from 1-5 or 2,4,3,5,1) because from the look of it the story is in a certain timeline which doesn’t really match the order of the movies, well maybe that’s just me lol!!!!

but if you want to watch it by chronological order go ahead.

What I care about is what order the creator wants me to see them in. If they happened to get their way, and this is how they wanted it, then I would watch it this way. However, many times that isn’t how it turns out and it is made by producers who’s opinion differs.

That`s the order Nasu wanted people to see them after all that`s the order in the novel

The movies are released in the same order as the book chapters they’re based on. You’re meant to watch them that way first, though the movies are great for re-views so just watch it in chronological order next time.

Thanks very much for this. I had movies 1-4 but didn’t know the next one was out. I downloaded it from megaupload and then thought I would help seed. However block 1815 failed to verify and I had to replace it from the torrent. I haven’t watched it, so hopefully it is OK.
What program do people use to compute the checksum? The UNIX cksum under cygwin doesn’t produce the same answer when I have previously tried it. Yes, I tried Google but couldn’t narrow the question down enough.

hey can any one tell me why 5 is so much bigger then the others i don’t get it is it that much longer or just not ac compressed???

kenpachi 209, as naga says, there are still 2 more movies to come, they are yet to be shown in cinemas (not sure about 6th one though). But in the latest update of the kara no kyoukai website, they announced that an 8th movie would be comming, allthough, rumors say it’l be a resume of all the movies before the 7th.

Leviathannight, the 4 first movies last about 50 min, last one is aprox. 1 hour and 50 min.

Btw, these movies are suposed to be released in Blu-Ray too, but I don’t have a clue about when they are going to do so, any idea people?

I have a question about Movie #4.(I put this Question here due to possibe spoilers)

I am confused about the conversation they had while Ryougi Shiki is recovering in the hospital. They mention about her split personalities shiki and SHIKI. But what threw me for a loop is they referred to SHIKI as “kun”. They even address “it” with a “he” instead of “she”. I thought that both of her personalities were women. Did I miss something?

Can you split movie#5 in to two file?

The DVD is out today and the raw is already on torrent.

is it just me or was this totally and utterly confusing untill the end when you realise everything was out of order.
well anyway i enjoyed it, nothing wrong with an anime that makes you think.
