nah… season 2 was more crazy closer to the ending ;)

it’s on the “phuzy-list” but it’s not the same as the other series. It’s an episodal type anime (i.e., each episode has it’s own mini plot although each episode share common themes/characters) which isn’t necessarily for everyone. You should watch the first season’s first 3 eps to get a feel of what it’s like then judge for yourself. Personally, I like it; nothing like getting revenge on that b*st*rd you really hate *shakes fist*.
