I dont understand why you dont use torrent? Is it banned in your country or why do you use megaupload instead when the links just get reported?

Because torrent are very very very slow in certain country… That’s why some of us prefer ddl…

MU can be faster if you have a premium account. Some people don’t have good upload speed so the download is rather slow, or maybe they have limited traffic so they want MU since there is no traffic lost on uploading.

I prefer MU since its faster then downloading new torrents, to many lechers.

I have very limited traffic so I can’t torrent at all, each time I start my internet connection just shut off…plus torrent can be very very slow some time so since I can’t torrent I don’t mind using and paying the premium for MU…
With that said, I really hope people stop reporting the MU links, it’s really annoying!!!!

I don’t torrent b/c my friend got caught by his isp for that. He had over 80 gigs of illegal movies, music, etc. Needless to say I’m scared of shit like that happening to me and since I’m renting a room from my aunt right now, if she ever got notified by our isp then i’d be in for a shitfest. Also in general, I don’t know much about how torrents work.

Oh, well anime torrents aren’t illegal. They’re Just tv shows that have been recorded and redistributed for personal viewing. As long as you dont sell it, its all good.

Hmm…why am I annoyed that eclipse uses “Eastern alchemy” while others use “Alkehestry”.

Anime downloading is illegal depending on the Country and laws. For example a show that is licensed by Funimation would be illegal to download in US.

What the hell is “Alkehestry”?? Where did they get that!? Seriously, I’d drop whatever group uses that… It’s called Eastern Alchemy in English. And it’s not like Arakawa pulled it out of her ass, there was a medical based Alchemy in the East.

Thanks for answering guys :) I always use the torrent ’cause i live in Sweden… Alot of seeders from this country and we have fast internet without bandwidth limit. Good thing that you guys can you megaupload and stuff then! :)

We are not using megaupload because of bandwith limits. We are using direct download because its so much faster. With rapidshare i always get max speed and with torrent half the speed.

you just need to open some ports for the torrent to get full speed in torrent, also you need to have a good uploading seeder and some people who respect torrent, meanwhile rapidsharemegauploadhotfile..etc premium accounts are waaaaaaay faster using IDman ^^

The “official” subtitles from Funimation call it alkehestry. And the literal translation of the word “rentanjutsu” is not “eastern alchemy”, since that would be “higashi no renkinjutsu”. It’s a made-up word with no literal translation, so it makes sense to use a made up word like “alkehestry”.

I downloaded eclipse from hotfile, and when i watch the video is distorted, does anyone face same problem? eclipse problem or hotfile problem? =(

I also have the distorted video problem with the eclipse version, terrence_my. I used the MU link though.

Actually, it was just distorted in Media Player Classic. I tried SMPlayer and it works fine now.

I downloaded avi version instead of MKV, i deleted the one i downloaded after it pissed me off =)
AVI worked nicely! although it has lower quality =)
