It totally laid into that dog, it wasn't doing any harm to the baby and the mum just stomps it half to death. The cat was asking for it however but gets off easy.

I think the Mommy deer reacted because it associated "Dog" with "Wolf". Irregardless, it will be on attack mode.

So now it all begs the question - Would YOU have intervened? Or let nature take its course, and may the best animal win... ?

Well yeah, I would have done, probably in the spur of the moment. Though the fact remains that the dogs owner should never have let it roam free like that anyway.

Holy hell did that dog get its ass beat! After the first poke, the cat was like, "fuck this, I'm outta here." I couldn't help but laugh at the lady screaming "Stop that!" Like the deer's gonna be like, "Oh sorry, my bad"......
