Huh... Is this serious desperation, or is the government essentially saying, "Look! We're trying! We got some famous guy that knows how to film the spill with 3D robotic technology!" Either way it makes me feel sad, but also makes me appreciate how little control we really have when it comes to the lethality of nature... not that I've had any shortage of those in the past few years.

let's just hope they clean this shit up.

let this also be a lesson to those drilling offshore:
Have multiple measures in place so that when the shit hits the fan, there is something to catch it and keep it contained.

The government clearly hasn't seen Superman, otherwise this problem would have been rectified long ago...

And yes, he merely blows the oil back into the ship.

LOL when I heard this on the radio I was like wtf? Will his cleanup plan involve several hollywood blockbuster sized explosions?
