Authentic Italian cheesecake. Usually made with either ricotta or mascarpone cheeses.
Because I'm the type of person who prefers to be genuine, to stand above the imitation and prove that the real deal will always prevail in society. That nobody with intelligence really gives a shit about the imitation, and they'll seek out the genuine artifact just the same. Just like with real Italian cheesecake. Once you try it, you'll never go back to that New York style crap ever again.
I weed out those not worth dealing with that way.
