Why this thread and question? Err... Being a very curious person about weird stuff in general I came up with this awkward idea. Well maybe not awkward..... and even maybe wrong word in this sentence. まいいけど.
Also curious about people here on AT (Read: nerds*) habits and views of ones personal health. And I also wanted to do my part here on AT. Bad as I am. Maybe it can also work as an alarm clock for some people out there. I honestly don't know.
How to do it?
A simple formula: BMI = Body weight/(Length*Length (kg/(m*m))
But me sucking at maths uses this instead: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Would also be nice if you added some text about how much you move in between the anime episodes. For example: To the fridge and back. Or: A marathon in a swamp.
Disclaimer: Since this is based on a mathematical formula, this should be taken with a pinch of salt (right way to say it?). Use your head and common-sense.
*Nerds: Not in a negative sense. Stay true to your selves.
To start out I go first. 83kg and 183cm with a BMI of 24,8. And I love sports of all kinds, but have been hibernating during the winter. And done almost nothing. Karate and football (soccer). Beer is my friend. And nobody puts Beer in a corner!
I got 23.63, but this thing only considers weight. If you're a person with a lot of muscle of course you're gonna weigh a lot more and it will tell you you are overweight. The only thing that matters here is what percentage of your body weight is fat.
