I was reading Death Note volume 9 the other day (i bought volume 7-12 couple of months ago cause i never bothered to finnished watching/reading the series beyond L's death) and it said in chapter 76 'THE YEAR 2010 WILL BE THE FIRST YEAR OF THE KIRA ERA!', so i thought i'd give you guys a headsup before you commit any crimes against 'OUR GOD KIRA!'

(on a seperate note its quite amusing to read death note in the same year in which everything is supposidly going on, also after reading the later volumes i don't get how light can be played by an american actor since he is supposed to be a part of the japanese police force and hence is japanese it'd just be wierd)

I had just read facts about Death Note in Wikipedia. It states that Light date of death is 28 January 2010. (just 1 month left for Light

) and after a long time finished reading & watching Death Note, at last, I know L's real name - L Lawliet. and also Kira's name comes from 'Killer'.
