Yeah but they don't match the popularity of say Hajime No Ippo or D.Gray Man!
Barring FMA2 I'd say nothing this season enjoys universal popularity and also the absence of any mecha series takes away a huge chunk of anime viewers!

Oh! and another big reason is the ddl links were visible only to the registered users.That must have taken out a lot of random lurkers!
