I used to be pretty fit but since turning 25 I got a gut but I know it'll go away soon as I get back into the habit of DDRing and quit drinking so much damn beer. <3

My best body was when I was eating mostly frozen chicken breast I got from the market. By the time I lost the good habit I still hadn't gotten tired of it. Gotta get back on that shit.
