In romanian(romanian language),things are like this:
female = mature woman(above 14 or so)
girl = immature woman (under 14 or so) = loli(in english/in romanian this kind of thing doesn't exist).
Either way,it's hard to understand(for you) how my country categories womans... .The translation between these words is correct,but not 100%.
Oh,yeah...,my explanation might be off-track...but i don't agree over loli...(that makes us pedophiles...).
