An alliance with Israel, not likely, attacking the South or some other country or another genocide would be more likely than forming alliances.

I actually don't think they're so keen on attacking the South in reality. I know Kim Jong had an angry eye directed at Israel and its people. But his son might have other thoughts. And I'm sure Israel has already thought of this. I think NK's role is to become yet another tole at their disposal.
