My friends son with downs syndrome is being accused of sexual harrassment for no reason and he has a down syndrome !


This is what his ex (Tonia Fujimoto) posted on her wall:

This is wrong on so many levels. I am tired of this bull shit. At this point, I do not know what to do except spread the word and hope that people will come forth and help him and my ex.

I just got Aleczander and Alizabeth back in my life. If they do detain him and place him in juvi, they would have to place him in solitary confinement due to the special nature. If something like this happens, it will imprint on him something harsh. I cannot let this happen.

Please spread this to the four corners of the world. I want EVERYONE know how heartless this school district is.

I'm sorry to say, but this is the kind of world we live in today....

Not to be all political, but today's society has devolved into somewhat of a joke. Many people today believe in some socialistic fantasy world where we can all hold hands and be loving with each other (or at least that is what they say they want) but in reality, when all they really want is for EVERYONE ELSE to be loving and caring and to take care of them so they don't have to work hard and earn the kind of life they desire.. (I.E.: the OWS crowd)...

That mentality leads to things like this, where everyone says they want to fight for the rights, and understanding of people like this young 14 year old child. But the moment that becomes inconvenient, or the child somehow offends them, that whole mentality goes right out the window, and reverts back into this kind of "I'm a victim, and you've offended me" mentality. People like this don't want a world of "Give-and-take" where we all try to be a little more understanding of each other, they want a world of just "take" where nothing is given on their part..

Simply put, working with people with "Special Needs" is an honorable profession (one that many are simply not cut out for due to the amount of patience required) and anyone who doesn't understand this has no business being involved in it... Clearly this "Bus aide" is not mentally qualified to work with children such as this. My cousin works with adults that have mental disabilities, and he is always telling me stories like this... Either you take it with a grain-of-salt and realize there was no malicious intent behind the actions, and get over it, or you start looking for a new line of work...

To the mother of this Child, good luck, you will have a long road of non-sense that you will have to walk down before this gets resolved...

I realize this is a serious issue. I also realize that after reading the article that this issue has more then one side, Both may be justified. That is the reality of the world we live in. That is why there will be an investigation. It is doubtful that the aide was unaware that things like this could happen. So the fact is this may be an extreme and therefore dangerous example. What if he did this behavior to a young child? Perhaps another student on the bus. Not so black and white is it.

If we do not strive to keep safe those individuals willings to work with special needs children there won't be any one willing to do this stressful job.

This is unacceptable. If you want your subhuman spawn to hang around people you have to train it well or keep it on a leash. The aide's role is also to ensure both those functions are properly enforced. This situation is like a dog trainer putting down a dog because it bit him during training. Clearly a long series of errors in judgement. For starters, you don't become a dog trainer if dog bites make you uncomfortable.

I never knew they had cameras on a bus? Also, since he's the only one that was on the bus, I'm pretty sure it was the bus aide that was doing the "humping". Seriously, this poor defenseless soul, who has no idea what the hell is going on in this worthless world, is being accused by a bunch of bastards that got nothing better else to do. The last thing on this boys head is "humping". He may have hugged that ugly school aide, who never had a decent guy in her life and that's why they'll avoid showing her hideous face all over the world, and she thought; "OMG, a boy is actually touching me?". B/c of her pathetic self, she decides to do this to the boy. It's a shame really.
This is what happens to families that don't really have a lot of money. See, if they were funding the school and have a good wealthy demeanor, I guaranty this would've never happened.
