How about asking the person who uploaded it, or in the comments. Sure there may be people here who know it just as anywhere else, but that just strikes me as the first thing one would do.

I am not sure if this is the one but I think you're thinking of "Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru" by See-saw and is used in one of the Gundam Seed ending theme. Not too sure if it is Seed or Seed Destiny.
