Anyway,My friend asked me a riddle, After, I decided to post it in different forums so.

- We are somewhere 100 years ago
- People still send letters
- The town has a very curious mailman who opens the letters from everyone and reads its content
- The villagers found a solution : They put their letter in a chest and lock the chest with a chain around the chest
- only the sender got the key of the lock and every villager has its own lock
- the locks are unbreakable
- letting someone else deliver the letter isn't an option , nor is sending the letter without the chest
- Villagers dont come out of their houses because there is a war going on

How will the receiver read his letter?

You cannot break the chains or the chest, so you know..

If only the sender has the key, there would be a problem with delivering the chests.
Which makes them useless.

Only the mailman sends the letter, No one else.

The villagers hire ninja couriers to steal the appropriate key unlock the chest and then return the key.

Either that or theres only one villager and he/she is sending letters to him/her self.

Well than the only possible solution is that every villager has copies of the other villagers locks and they simply lock the chest with the lock of the person they're sending it to.
