I do not know where I am supposed to ask this, so I think I will post this at 'The Void'.

I recently saw a video on my favourite website for sharing selfmade animations:

And it has pretty awesome backgroundmusic, however...
My trouble here is, in the descriptions it says the BGM is: 'Im So Happy'.

But whenever I search for a Jpop song called 'Im So Happy', all I get is a song from a band called: 'L'Arc-en-Ciel', but it's not the right song.

So does anyone know if the song is actually called 'I'm so happy'?
And from which band it is?

I have actually tried to contact the creator of it which only speaks Japanese, but no translator can give correct grammar to make good sentences.

I would really appreciate it if someone is able to tell me where the song is from.
