1st There should be a law against allowing kids to have cell phones to begin with.
2nd Kids shouldn't be taking their cell phones to school.

Now that I got that out of the way. Did the blackberry have the GPS turned on? If so, you can track down the little shit that stole it. Once you find said little shit I highly recommend disregarding police(they can't do shit to minors anyways) and just break a few fingers, they won't steal again any time soon.

yeah, he's an idiot for taking a phone to school, let alone a shiny good one.
we've counted our losses and gotten the phone blacklisted anyways,
now he's just gotta wait until my generous (pushover) dad gets him a new one.
at least he won't be taking that one to school if he's learned anything from this.

and funny you should mention that.
my dad sent a text message to the stolen phone, reading
"i hope you enjoy the phone, because i'll be breaking your fingers if i ever see you "

it's not like they'd get to see it though, the phone's got a password lock.

I prefer to eat at home, so I mostly order takeout. I was just annoyed that within 5 minutes of me ordering it started pouring down rain and didn't stop untill after I had got back home from picking up dinner.
