If it's about sword fights, then there's final battle of Sword of the stranger, and nothing else. All the rest is trash compared to it.
Shiki's fights in kara no kyoukai 3 and 5 are also amazing... but as I said, not even close compared with sots.
Seirei no moribito has only 3 fights... but all of them were trully amazing.
If you want shounen Ichigo vs. Byakuya was an amazing fight too... back in the days when Bleach was good.
And yeah... revy's fight against the maid was spectacular in every sense.

Now, if we are talking about the exact meaning of "epic battles"... well, let's just say that TTGL is the definition of it.
And in mecha's, 00's atack on memento mori was one of the best battles ever for sure.
