I can say one thing if aliens dont exist and only we are living in whole world then that would be waste of space

They did find micro-bacteria on one of our plants.... thats life outside the earth........

lets see, we're already pretty sure of life, microsize lifeforms, on a moon of either jupiter or saturn(cant remember which atm). then there's the possibility of signs of life on mars due to the presence of H20 in certain regions. so yeah, there's life outside our planet.

The chances of there being other life is great however, the chance of ever finding any anytime soon is slim for the simple fact that they'd be on a planet so far away we could never reach them and not to mention we may actually be the advanced ones. I think that satellite we sent out with the human info and our coordinates on it just barley passed pluto and that things old.
