Anyone care to translate this?

I bought a Japanese Newtype cuz it came with a spiffy 2011 calendar and an article of the K-On movie was in it....at least I think it was about the movie.....I can't read the Kanji.....I've uploaded some pics in hopes that someone can tell me anything about it. All I can glean from the article is that whatever it is, it's going to happen on 2/20/11.

It is talking about going "live"; maybe a concert?
It might also be saying when the blu-ray dvds will be released.
And checked Anime News Network, and will be a K-on!! move out sometime next year.
I can't read Kanji, but it has some words in English, and has Katakana.
So I'm not 100% sure.

You know I am! Newtype was the best anime mag that was available in the US, in my opinion. I wish they didn't stop publication! Do you have a subscription or do you buy them as they release?

Also, didn't K-On already do a 'live' concert? This must be for the Blu-ray release of that then....
