I feel compelled to share this article because I know there are people out there who are facing very unfortunate circumstances and feel that there isnt any light at the end of the tunnel.

Whatever troubles you, be it a wound of the past, a broken home, a tormented lifestyle be it social, religious etc, or loss of faith in people. You should know that no matter the situation, you musnt lose hope because everyone is entitled to the life they envision for themselves. It is never easy and sometimes might seem impossible but perserverance and a strong will to survive is what you should muster and build in order to reach the end of that tunnel.

We cant always attain what we want but we can atleast try to make the best of what we have. That way we should edge closer to our wishes.

I read the entire letter and was disgusted by it. He doesn't wish to name his molester but he is making it perfectly clear exactly when it happened. This along with his contempt for his family clearly points in one direction. You would have to be brain dead to read the letter and not draw conclusions as to their identity. In fact there are only a couple reasons someone admits to being molested yet would not name their attacker. The main one is because it is someone close to them.

He carefully crafted a letter that would give anyone pause and consider that they may do the same thing given the circumstances. Even using a breach of trust by one person as an excuse not to seek counseling regarding this issue.

He talks about a relationship........That was only a few months old. Hell I that thought this clown was in his forties at first.

If that weren't enough to convince anyone who reads this that his actions are justified, he adds the possibility of hurting others.

There are thousands of ppl that face the same thing and survive. All my sympathy goes to those that face this kind of unspeakable evil and don't cop out.
He even made a statement about being truthful. Yet claiming to hide all of this from everyone he knows.

The end of his letter is by far the most telling. He wants ppl, as many ppl as possible to read this. Why? Because it may offer others in the same position hope that there may be a better way to cope with these kinds of things? I did not see any evidence of that in his letter. All I saw was evidence of a very selfish and trouble child.

The one constant that will follow all of us through out life is "No matter how old we are we think we know everything. Until tomorrow". It's to bad he won't be around in 20 years to read that letter and see just how little he knew.

HIs life was full of disappointments but he manages to live up to the very end. Kudos to him. Its so sad that he was a programmer. I should be careful now on, cause life goes on.l
