In all honesty, who actually have read through a whole EULA when installing games or whatever programs you want to put in your computer? or at least read half of that wall of text?
i once gave up anime.
i swear it was the most horrifying experience in my life.

I have once when waiting for a game to install, more out of boredom than anything else.
I read it every time. One of these days, they're going to put "by using our product, we gain full ownership of your soul."
Just you watch.

Meh, I never read the EULA, mostly because they hold about as much legal water as a sieve. Any product with a legaly binding contract that requires you to purchase the product before you can even see the contract AND the product is nonrefundable should you choose to decline the aggreement, is not legaly sound in any way.
The only reason they persist is simply because no one has ever bothered to take the matter to court.
