Can hdmi play subs?
Ive been reading around and people say both yes and no.
So im confused.
I am getting a new screen so i dont know which screen to get, the one with Dvi or the one wit hdmi.

HDMI is just a connection method, nothing more. It's like asking if your VGA port on your computer can play subs. All it does is carry a picture from the computer (bluray player, XBox, etc) to the TV.

You can get DVI to HDMI adapters, too so the choice is pretty much nil, anyway.
