Default xvid4psp help - 02-19-2012, 03:41 PM

I keep getting this error when I try to encode avi from mkv.

Id suggest re installing new codecs lol. download and install cccp [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I use it for everything. never had issues with these codec. Thats if you dont have em. though.

I essentially formated my pc, and it still doesn't work.

Didn't work... Everything works until it reaches 93%, then it stops working. You know of any good alternatives?

That's your files problem then. Try re-downloading the file you were trying to convert originally.

enter the temp folder for xvid4psp, where it processes the ongoing encode, then delete all the files stored in that folder, the temp files of your previous failed encode's affecting your current one, so delete um all then try encoding the file once more.

If this doesn't work, try changing the encoding method to something else other than 2-pass mode... like QP, CRF/constant bitrate etc.
